About

Caitlin Haught Brown is a food stylist, culinary producer, and recipe developer based in NYC. Hailing from a long line of Appalachian women, she has yet to find a decent biscuit in the city outside her own kitchen and relies on her parents to periodically restock her supplies of White Lily flour and blackberry jelly.

Cate works in a wide variety of mediums across print, video, and digital platforms. Commercial clients include Lipton, Modelo, Barilla, Kinder Bueno, Bloomingdale’s, OXO, Saratoga, and Walmart, while select editorial clients include Wall Street Journal, Eating Well, and Martha Stewart Living. Television and video clients include Condé Nast, Food Network, Warner Bros. Discovery, PBS, ABC, The Kitchn, and Sur la Table. She has worked on cookbooks including Stacey Mei Yan Fong’s 50 Pies, 50 States (Voracious), Martha Stewart’s Cake Perfection (Clarkson Potter), Christine Sahadi Whelan’s Flavors of the Sun (Chronicle), and Jami Curl’s Baking Gold (Ten Speed Press).
